WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order on show days at the merchandise stand next to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Check the map below to find the stand.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Opening hours can be different for every show. When the merchandise items are released, we will update the opening hours.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED MERCHANDISE?
Yes, provided the item is in good condition. This can only be done on the artist's show days when merchandise is being sold around the ArenA. You do not need a receipt for this.
HOW CAN I PAY?
In the webshop, you can pay with iDeal or credit card. At the merchandise stands in and around the Johan Cruijff ArenA, you can pay with cash, debit card, or credit card.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PICK UP MY MERCHANDISE?
If you are unable to pick up your order, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
CAN MY MERCHANDISE ALSO BE SHIPPED BY MAIL?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship the merchandise to you.
THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER. WHAT NOW?
We ask you to contact us as soon as possible, preferably on show days. This way, we can assist you as quickly as possible.
IN THE WEBSHOP, ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF SIZES/PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE. WILL ADDITIONAL STOCK BE ADDED?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to add all merchandise and stock to the webshop. All available merchandise is for sale at the merchandise stands around the ArenA, while supplies last.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?
As soon as you receive a confirmation email with a QR code, you can pick up your merchandise at the merchandise stand next to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Please check the opening hours for this. You can only collect your merchandise if you can show the QR code.
