WHERE DO I COLLECT MY ORDER?

You can collect your order on the artist's show days at the merchandise stand located on the grass field between the Johan Cruijff ArenA and the Ziggo Dome. Please refer to the map below to find the exact location of the stand.

WHAT ARE THE PICKUP HOURS?

Click & Collect is open on show days from 12:00 PM until 11:30 PM.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED MERCHANDISE?

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, you can do so at the regular merchandise stand next to the Click & Collect location. Please note that exchange requests may involve longer waiting times.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

In the webshop, you can pay using iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

At the merchandise stands in and around the Johan Cruijff ArenA, payments can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY MERCHANDISE?

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us by email. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the purchase amount excluding the service fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING FOR MERCHANDISE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping for merchandise orders.

THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We strongly recommend checking your order at the merchandise stand when you collect it. If there is an issue with your order, please return to the stand as soon as possible so we can assist you.

As we do not offer shipping, any issues must be resolved on-site. Once the artist has left and the merchandise operation has closed, we no longer have stock available for exchanges or replacements.

ONLY A LIMITED SELECTION OF SIZES AND PRODUCTS IS AVAILABLE IN THE WEBSHOP. WILL MORE STOCK BE ADDED?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer all merchandise items and available stock through the webshop.

The full range of merchandise will be available at the merchandise stands in and around the Johan Cruijff ArenA, while stocks last.

I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN COLLECT IT?

As soon as you receive your collection confirmation email containing a QR code, you can collect your merchandise at the merchandise stand next to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Please check the opening hours before visiting.
