Right of Withdrawal (Click & Collect)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of collection, without providing any reason. You will be refunded the full order amount, including any service costs.

Returns

As we operate on a Click & Collect basis, products cannot be returned by post or courier. Returns must be made in person at a designated return location, as communicated by us.

Any costs associated with returning the product to the designated location are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will refund the eligible order amount within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request or confirming that your Click & Collect order was not collected.

Please note that any paid service fees are non-refundable.

If returned merchandise is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value from your refund. Please handle all items with care and ensure they are returned in good condition.
