Right of Withdrawal (Click & Collect)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of collection, without providing any reason. You will be refunded the full order amount, including any service costs.

Returns

As we operate on a Click & Collect basis, products cannot be returned by post or courier. Returns must be made in person at a designated return location, as communicated by us.

Any costs associated with returning the product to the designated location are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your withdrawal, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly returned.
