Shipping Policy - Click & Collect

We operate exclusively on a Click & Collect basis. This means that all orders are placed online and must be collected by the customer at the selected location.

Collection of orders

At checkout, the customer selects a collection location and, where applicable, a time slot. The customer will receive an order confirmation, which must be presented at the time of collection.

Orders can only be collected at the chosen location and within the selected time slot.

No shipping

We do not offer any shipping options. Under no circumstances will orders be dispatched via post, courier, or any other delivery service.

Uncollected orders

If an order is not collected within the selected time slot, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer may contact customer service for further assistance.
